This feels like the best journal, since Roxas UNDERSTANDS MY PAIN.

Basically: I was given the option of working five days a week of getting up at 3 AM and getting home around seven at night or seven days a week with some days of only four hours a day, and I unknowingly took the latter. (I think my bosses forgot to communicate hours ...)

What this means is that I'm going to be pretty stressed out for the next month or so until I get past a vacation so I feel justified in changing my availability. If I offered to beta you, I will DO MY BEST, but I make no promises. I'm not going on hiatus, but I'll generally be pretty flaky until I figure out a way to get this in order. I'm not even calling a not-hiatus.

I will not, however, be apping for the time-being for obvious reasons. If you want a thread with me or would like me to pick up a thread, don't be afraid to contact me. I won't be annoyed! I promise.

Emergency Contact: Quite a few people have my phone number, and I believe anyone in the Seattle group can probably get a hold of me at any time if needed.

Availability: I'm available evenings PST and on the weekends. I work full-time, however, and I don't have a fancy job that allows me to use a computer while I'm at work. I've disabled E-mails on my phone since my phone was not taking the abuse well.

Timezone/Language: PST. I only speak English, though I've retained ... Latin!

The Playing Experience: I like playing all my characters because I love all of them, but I think it is very obvious that despite the number of characters I have, I do have my favorites. I try to be as fast as possible, but please look at the note about my full-time job! It means I am around only in the evenings (honestly, this was the only time I RPed anyway) and on the weekends, and I go to bed early on the days I have to be in earlier. I do my best to make every thread interesting, but sometimes things don't work out. I strive to be as IC as possible. I'm not the crackiest player ever, but I've realized I like a good balance between dark and light.

Goals: Not app as much! Keep the nine I have and make them build strong relationships. Resist urges to app. Try to make my characters important to other people's characters! Drop if I am stressing out too bad, and don't take dropping as a cue to app more. Keep up on the keeping threads going. I do think I've gotten infinitely better about thread dropping, though. So I've at least reached one goal.

Betaing: I loveeeeeeeeee betaing. Even if I don't seem to have time to do it, I will make time to beta someone's app if I remember to do it. It makes me like apping more, and since I'm not allowing myself to app for a while, I will want to beta more to look forward to apps that much more.

AUs: Iiiiii am of the mindset that sex is fine, but if we're going to do an AU, I'd prefer for there to be more story to it than Bob and Joe are in a room and horny. Not that I think it's bad if this is what you like, but I've played in both of the "sex games," and they weren't really my thing. I don't particularly mind sex in general as it's a good way to explore a character and the majority of my characters are NOT asexual, but I would like there to be a little more to the AU. Otherwise, I am more than willing to write you a quick smut drabble of our characters.

However, I would love to do post-camp AUs. If you would like for the post-camp AU to be meeting up, stories, and include sex, whatever. As long as the majority is not that.

Pimping: Look, a lot of canons have characters I love. My favorite character type is a character type that is commonly used in MOST series, if not as the protagonist, then as someone incredibly central to the plot. But I am not good at keeping characters unless I topped myself into it or wanted that character all along in the first place (this is true for all but Haseo at the moment, fyi. look at my long drop list—with a couple choice exceptions, I tend to drop characters I'm topped into and most of those are choice examples of that).

That said, I will pimp my series out, but I am incredibly aware that I play really popular characters from really popular canons, so I usually don't bother. I WOULD LOVE FOR PEOPLE TO WATCH DARK ANGEL THOUGH. I still have the pilot uploaded somewhere, if you ever want to give it a go.

Other: I am ... apparently intimidating. I have never fully understood this, but I ... guess I've accepted this? IS THIS TOO BOLD TO SAY? ahh um but I really like people in general, so please give me a chance to get to know you! I love CFUD and I love getting to know people. drop me a PM or an E-mail and we can chat!

I did a little of this in my Brennan journal after I apped her, but I'm doing a full pings list for the next time that poll comes around.

OR JUST TURN THIS INTO A RELATIONSHIP MEME. A lot of my characters regularly hit milestones, but I don't do them a lot. Remind me of a relationship we used to have that you'd like to pick up again, too, as that's my new goal for the new year, and I'm getting there. This goes for Roxas, Joshua, Max, Yousuke, Sam, Hatsuharu, Claire, Haseo, and Asch.

Updated my stats and permissions again. I talked to someone who was playing the game to confirm some things.

I can't sleep! So obviously, this is the time to write about the convoluted nature of my canon. And future possibly appable characters. Please note that this post will be chock full of spoilers, and it's not an essay, more like speculation.
